Before starting the 1.16 air pump every time, check the oil level. If it is lower than the lower limit of the oil standard, add oil.
1.17 For modified atmosphere compressors, if there is air in the air reservoir, it should be released in advance to make the motor start without load.
2 Operating procedures
2.1 check the operating parts for tools and sundries, and clean them.
The oil quality and quantity in the 2.2 crankcase shall meet the requirements. All connection parts shall be free of looseness.
2.3 check the diesel engine and compressor connection part of the screw is loose.
2.4 In winter, when starting the engine with starting fluid, anti-virus and fire prevention measures should be taken to keep away from open flames.
2.5 After the engine is started, it should be warmed up at a medium speed, and it should not be warmed up in a poorly ventilated place.
When the starter motor is 2.6 operated, the time should not exceed 10 minutes. It should be after 2 minutes when it is restarted. If the engine cannot be started after more than three times, it should be checked and restarted after troubleshooting.
2.7 press the start button to make the engine run at medium speed, and observe whether the oil pressure meets the normal requirements.
After the 2.8 is started, the indicating value of each instrument should be observed, and the running condition of the engine should be checked. When the water temperature rises to 70 ℃, the air compressor can be driven.
When the 2.9 idle speed heating reaches 70 ℃, the air compressor is engaged to work.
2.10 Close the power knife on the power distribution panel, press the start button (or start handle), start the motor, and put the air compressor into operation.
2.11 empty
after 2~3 minutes of load operation, if there is no abnormal situation, open the plum blossom handle on the relief valve to make the air compressor run with load.
Before the 2.12 is started, the plum blossom handwheel on the relief valve must be turned clockwise to close the suction port, so that the air compressor can be started with no load.
2.13 Note that the reading of the 1. secondary barometer should be within the normal range. After the idling is normal, it can be put into operation with load.
3 Running jobs
it is forbidden to add cooling water to the 3.1 engine at high temperature, and cooling water should be added after shutdown.
3.2 check the sensitivity and normality of the automatic pressure regulating system, and determine whether the air compressor has abnormal noise and air leakage. After everything is normal, it can be officially operated.

During 3.9 operation, attention should be paid to keeping the oil level between 1/3 and 2/3 indicated by the oil mark. If it is low, it is easy to cause bush burning, axle holding and cylinder pulling. If it is high, it will cause excessive fuel consumption, carbon deposition on the air valve, and even worse. The result.
3.10 often check the heating of moving parts, the temperature of the cylinder head exhaust port shall not be higher than 200 ℃, and the oil temperature in the crankcase shall not be higher than 70 ℃.
