Basic specification for safe operation of air compressor

1. operators must be familiar with the structure, performance and working principle of the air compressor, and master the operating procedures of the machine.

The following checks must be made before starting the 2:

1. Whether the electrical switch and grounding wire are in good condition and reliable;

2. Whether the safety valve and pressure gauge are complete, sensitive and reliable;

3. Whether the lubricating oil of each rotating part is sufficient;

4. Whether the valve of the cooling water inlet and outlet pipeline is open and whether the water quantity is suitable;

5, turning 2~3, check whether the rotating parts are normal;

6. Whether the anchor bolt and protective cover are firm;

7. Whether the oil and water in the gas storage tank are clean, and whether the valve connecting the pipeline is opened or closed correctly.

During the operation of the 3. air compressor, the operator should always check the operation of the machine. For example, it is necessary to observe whether the current meter, excitation meter, oil pressure meter, oil temperature, etc. are normal. If any abnormality is found, cut off the power immediately, and open the vent valve until the pressure drops to zero, then check it. Maintenance under pressure is strictly prohibited.

4. air compressor should be regularly maintained, at least once a year should be a comprehensive overhaul, pressure gauge check once every six months, safety valve at least once a year.

After the 5. work is completed, cut off the power supply first, then slowly open the vent valve to reduce the pressure in the tank to zero, and then stop the cooling water.

After the 6. is shut down for a long time or shut down in winter, the water in the machine and the pipeline shall be drained.
