How to repair the common problems of air compressor

1. The heat pipe radiator is blocked

when there is a lot of dust in the surrounding environment of the air compressor, long-term operation will cause a layer of smoke or grease to adhere to the surface of the heat pipe radiator, and its internal air-conditioning copper pipe is also easily blocked by oil accumulation, thus endangering the actual effect of heat exhaust. At this time, the heat pipe radiator needs to be cleaned up immediately.

2. Failure of oil pump

there is a short oil pump between the oil supply pump and the refrigeration compressor. When the oil pump cannot be turned on, the temperature of the refrigeration compressor will rise rapidly after starting, and it will shut down automatically in about 1 minute. In case of this kind of situation, open the inspection port at the bottom of the air compressor, remove the oil pump, and gently rotate the valve seat with your fingers to see if it can be promoted back and forth, left and right, and if it can be easily calibrated. If it is difficult to turn or return, the broken oil pump needs to be further disintegrated. If the seat or valve hole is greasy, use water sandpaper to polish until it can roll easily.
