1. Disassemble the muffler of the air compressor:

The frequency spectrum of air compressor intake noise is of low frequency characteristics, and the intake muffler should choose the resistance structure or the impedance compound structure based on the resistance. 2. Air compressor silencing tunnel:

an underground or semi-underground tunnel with walls of bricks with good sound absorption. Connect the air inlet pipe of the air compressor with the silencing tunnel to make the air enter the air compressor through the silencing tunnel. The acceptance of the muffler tunnel can greatly reduce the intake noise of the air compressor, and the service life is longer than that of the general muffler. The differences between the two are often overlooked.

3. Establishment of sound insulation cover:

after the muffler is installed at the inlet and exhaust ports of the air compressor or the muffler tunnel is installed, the airflow noise can be reduced to below 80db(a), but the noise of the machine equipment and the motor of the air compressor are still very high, so the sound insulation cover should be installed on the unit of the air compressor.

4. Sound absorber in hanging space: air compressor station, high, steep, empty and wide factory buildings have heavy reverberation. If the sound absorber is separated and suspended on the roof of the plant, the noise of the plant can be reduced by 3-10db(a), and the reverberation time can be reduced by 5-10s. Some families also put their own marks on the accessories, and some important parts, such as the generator oil filter oil separator, are also equipped with the instruction manual certificate and the inspector's seal to guide users to use and maintain correctly, and they should carefully recognize them when purchasing to prevent buying fake and inferior products.
