Safety Operation Regulations for Air Compressor

1. Air compressor operators must undergo special safety operation training in accordance with relevant national regulations and obtain special operation qualification certificates before they can be on duty.

2. Before starting the machine, check, lubricate and maintain the equipment according to the equipment operation procedures.

3. When the machine is running or the equipment is under pressure, no repair work shall be carried out.

4. The air compressor is a special equipment, which should be carefully maintained. The compressor oil should be replaced every two months, and always ensure that the compressor oil is not lower than the oil level line.

5. If abnormal sound, vibration or other faults occur during operation, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance before use.

6. Every 16 hours of work, the drain valve under the air tank of the air compressor must be opened. After the waste water is exhausted, the drain valve must be closed tightly.

7. Every 8 hours of work, the valve under the oil-water separator and the air bag valve on the dust collector must be opened. After the waste water is drained, the drain valve must be closed tightly.

8. When checking and repairing, avoid wood chips, iron chips, wiping cloth, etc. falling into the cylinder, gas tank and duct.

9. The pressure gauge shall be inspected once a year, the outside of the gas storage tank and pipe joint shall be inspected once a year, and the internal inspection and hydraulic strength test shall be conducted once every three years. Detailed records shall be made, and the working pressure shall be indicated on the gas storage tank, and the next test date shall be marked.

10. Do not adjust the release pressure of the safety valve by yourself. Whenever there is pressure released through the safety valve, it is necessary to find out the cause of excessive pressure release and deal with it in time.

The filter of the air compressor must be cleaned once a month and the wearing parts must be replaced in time.

11. It is strictly forbidden to remove the safety protection device. If the safety protection device fails, it should be shut down for maintenance immediately.
