preparation before 1. operation

1. The fixed air compressor must be installed firmly;

2, carefully check the joint part of each connection part, the connection must be firm and reliable;

3. Open the vent gate valve of the air storage tank to start the machine under no load;

4. Check whether the lubricating oil in the oil pool is sufficient and whether the lubrication is good;

5. Check whether the main clutch has disconnected the air compressor and the diesel engine;

6, check the pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge, safety valve sensitivity and load regulator work is normal and safe and reliable, the key instrument is calibrated;

7. After the engine is started, it should run at low speed first. After the water temperature and oil temperature reach the specified values, connect the main clutch to make the engine and the air compressor run at the specified speed without load. After the water temperature, oil temperature and speed reach the specified value, gradually close the gate valve to put the air compressor into normal operation. Observe whether the load regulator works normally;

8. The gland on the valve cover must be tightened once, and the force must not be too strong. It is not allowed to re-tighten the gland nut when the compressor is working;

9. The filter should be kept clean.

Requirements in 2. operations

1. Always pay attention to the exhaust temperature and pressure of the air compressor. The final exhaust temperature shall not exceed 180 degrees. It is strictly forbidden for the temperature of compressed air to exceed the specified value. Pay attention to the temperature and pressure of the lubricating oil, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed the specified pressure;

2. The maximum indicated pressure in the gas tank shall not exceed the specified pressure;

3, air compressor every work 1-2 small, should open the drain valve in the pipeline, remove the oil and water;

4. Every 4 hours of operation, the oil and water accumulated in the gas storage tank should be released;

5, pay attention to whether the oil pressure meets the requirements, too high or too low should stop checking;

6. Before shutdown, the gate valve of the gas storage tank should be opened first, and the gas storage tank should be emptied. The diesel engine should be turned into medium-speed operation and gradually stopped.

Requirements after 3. operation

1. After shutdown, open the water drain switch of the air box and intercooler to drain the water clean, and cover the exhaust pipe to prevent rainwater from flowing into the cylinder;

2, according to the provisions of the equipment maintenance;

the air compressor should take corresponding safety measures during transportation.
