1. The air compressor operator must be the one who has passed the professional training of the Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision and obtained the qualification certificate of pressure vessel operation, and is allowed to operate only after mastering the operation steps of the air compressor.

2. Before starting up, check whether all important components outside the compressor are fastened. Loose connections are not allowed. Running, emitting, dripping and leaking are not allowed at the connection points of gas and oil circuits. Check whether the oil level height and color of the unit oil separator are normal. Check whether the power supply of the unit is normal, and make sure that the power indicator light is on.

The personnel on duty should pay close attention to the operation of the air compressor and conduct a comprehensive inspection every two hours. Irrelevant personnel shall not stay in the machine room.

4. Always pay attention to the change of the pressure gauge pointer during operation, and it is forbidden to exceed the specified pressure. In case of abnormal sound, smell, vibration or failure during operation, it shall be stopped immediately for maintenance before use, and shall not be used with disease.

5. Do not adjust the safety valve release pressure, whenever there is pressure through the safety valve release, must immediately find out the cause of excessive pressure release, and should be dealt with in a timely manner.

6. Normal operation and parking Press the parking button and stop after delayed unloading. Close the outlet valve of the air compressor and open the exhaust valve at the same time. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the valve should be opened to drain all the stored water to avoid freezing the equipment and pipelines.

7. Only when there is a special abnormal situation, you can manually press the "emergency stop" button for emergency stop. If you need to restart after troubleshooting, it will take 2 to 3 minutes until the system pressure is unloaded.

8. When a sudden power failure occurs during operation, the operation of the compressor will suddenly stop. This is to remember to cut off the power supply of the compressor and the dryer to avoid burning the electric control part during sudden power supply. At the same time, there may be hidden dangers in other aspects. When it is determined that the machine is not used, the power supply should be cut off and the air outlet valve of the compressor should be closed.

9. It is strictly prohibited to overhaul the air compressor under the condition of high temperature of pressure or cooling oil to prevent the air pressure from blowing out and hurting people or scalding at high temperature. And turn off the power supply and exhaust valve during maintenance.

10. Earnestly do a good job in the inspection and maintenance of the equipment. The outside of the pressure gauge, gas storage tank and pipe joint must pass the annual examination of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau before use. The equipment shall be regularly maintained by the production enterprise according to the use time. And make detailed records.

11. The equipment shall be clean and the site shall be hygienic. Flammable and explosive articles such as gasoline and oil cotton yarn shall not be stored in the machine room and near the gas storage tank, and the fire fighting facilities shall be checked regularly.
