(1) No impurities on the painted surface

(2) No oil and no water on the painted surface

oil or water in compressed air can cause quality defects such as shrinkage, pinholes, bubbles, and black spots. Shrinkage not only affects the appearance quality of the coating film, but also the shrinkage cavity at the bottom of the leakage will continue to destroy the integrity of the coating film, and the general polishing decoration method cannot be removed.

(3) Constant pressure gas supply

during the painting work, the pressure of the compressed air of the screw air compressor must be maintained within a certain range of control, not large fluctuations. If the air pressure is too low, the paint liquid will not be sufficiently atomized and the paint film will not be symmetrical. Although the paint liquid with too high air pressure is good for atomization, it will increase the paint consumption due to too fast paint mist rate. If high-pressure air flow is sprayed into the uncured paint film, it is very easy to cause paint film defects such as dents and fine bubbles.

It can be seen that the air compressed by the general screw air compressor must be processed before it can be used. The gas reduced by the ordinary screw air compressor is a high-temperature gas with oil, moisture and dust. In order to ensure the standard rate of painting, it is generally stipulated that the working pressure leak point of the air compressor is not higher than -40 ℃, the impurity is less than 0.5-1μm, and the oil content is not higher than 0.01 mg/m.
