How long is the air compressor maintained?

Maintenance is actually very pay attention to rhythm, because the air compressor is not as easy to operate as you think.

1. It is essential to replace the oil for air compressor maintenance. The oil for air compressor should be replaced once every 2000 hours or 3 months. It needs to be replaced every time. First, drain the oil in the oil-gas separator, then drain the oil cooler oil, and then jog for 3 seconds. Stop the machine and clean the oil in the inner cavity of the main engine head.

Add 2 liters of new oil, jog for another 3 seconds, clean the machine head, add 5 liters of oil to the main machine head, do not jog, finally fill the oil and gas separator oil to the oil mark, jog the machine for another 5 seconds, press the stop button, the oil will drop, and then add oil to the two red lines of the oil level gauge.

2. The oil filter element is replaced with the oil, 2000 hours or 3 months of operation. When replacing, it must be filled with new oil, and the O-ring must be coated with a layer of oil and installed without oil leakage.

3. Replace the air filter element when it is blocked. Normally, clean it every 500 hours. Purge it from the inside out with gas at a pressure not higher than 0.4Mpa, and then clean the dust outside.

4. The oil and gas separator has a filter element, which is generally replaced in 4000 hours or 6 months of operation. When replacing, it must be replaced when the oil is replaced. After replacing, it needs to run for half an hour and then stop, so that the oil core can adapt to the work, wait another hour, and finally run normally.

5. The water-cooled cooler is cleaned every six months, and the scale and grease should be cleaned with cleaning agent.

6. The oil cut-off valve should be checked regularly. The copper pipe should be removed from the bottom, and the copper pipe should be pushed up with iron wire. It is better to top it up and return it after let go. Otherwise, it needs to be removed and cleaned.

7. The air compressor needs to be maintained once before entering summer:

a Remove the oil cooler, soak the oil system with carbon cleaning agent for one day, and then clean it.
