How often does the air compressor oil change?

Air compressor oil replacement cycle is divided into 3 cases:

mineral oil is replaced once every 3 to 4 months;

semi-synthetic oil is replaced every 6 to 8 months;

fully synthetic engine oil is replaced every 10 to 11 months.

The air compressor should change the oil in advance in the following situations:

1. The air where the air compressor is located has more air impurities;

2, the air contains corrosive substances;

3. The ambient temperature of the compressor room is relatively high;

4, the air contains a lot of dust. Engine oil is a kind of additive-enhanced substance in base oil, mainly containing anti-wear additives and detergents, dispersants and multi-grade oil viscosity index improvers.
