in order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the air compressor and ensure the service life of the unit, a detailed maintenance plan shall be formulated, and the operation, regular maintenance and regular inspection and maintenance shall be carried out to keep the air compressor clean, oil free and dirt free.

A. According to the above table, when repairing and replacing each component, it must be determined that the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and the safety mark of not closing has been made.

B. The replacement time of compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, air compressor dust and whether there is acid and alkaline gas in the air. The newly purchased air compressor shall be replaced with new oil for the first 500 hours of operation, and then replaced every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. Machines with annual operation less than 4000 hours shall be replaced once a year.

C. oil filter in the first boot operation 300-500 hours must be replaced, the second time in the use of 2000 hours of replacement, after the normal time every 2000 hours of replacement.

D. Maintenance and replacement of air filter or intake valve remember to prevent any debris into the compressor host cavity. When operating, the entrance of the host is closed. After the operation is completed, rotate several circles by hand according to the rotation direction of the host to make sure there is no obstacle before starting the machine.

E. in the machine every 2000 hours or so must check the belt tightness, if the belt is loose, must be adjusted until the belt tension; in order to protect the belt, in the whole process to prevent the belt due to oil pollution and scrap.

F. Every time the oil is changed, the oil filter must be changed at the same time.

G. Please use the company's original parts, otherwise the resulting machine accident, the company will not bear any responsibility.

Second, clean the cooler:

in order to remove the dust on the heat dissipation surface after the air compressor runs for about 2000h, it is necessary to open the blowing hole cover of the cooler on the fan bracket, and blow the cooler with a dust blowing gun until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is cleaned. If the heat dissipation surface is seriously dirty and difficult to purge, the cooler can be removed, the oil in the cooler can be poured out and the four inlets and outlets can be closed to prevent dirt from entering, then the dust on both sides can be blown off with compressed air or washed with water, and finally the water stains on the surface can be dried. Place back in position. Remember! Do not use iron brush and other hard objects to scrape dirt, so as not to damage the surface of the radiator.

Third, discharge condensation:

the moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in humid weather, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the air pressure dew point or shutdown cooling, there will be more condensed water precipitation. Too much water in the oil will cause emulsification of the lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such:

1. Cause poor lubrication of the compressor host; --- The oil and gas separation effect becomes worse, and the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator becomes larger;

2, causing corrosion of machine parts. Therefore, a condensate discharge schedule should be developed based on humidity conditions. Discharge method of condensed water: It should be carried out after the machine is shut down, there is no pressure in the oil and gas separation tank, sufficient cooling, and the condensed water is fully precipitated, such as before starting the machine in the morning.

① Screw out the front screw plug of the ball valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank.

② slowly open the ball valve drainage, until there is oil flow, close the ball valve.

③ Screw on the front screw plug of the ball valve.

Fourth, the safety valve:

the safety valve has been set before the whole machine leaves the factory. We do not advocate users to adjust the safety valve without permission. If it is necessary to adjust, it should be carried out under the guidance of the local labor safety department or the company's maintenance personnel, otherwise the company will not be responsible for all consequences caused by this.

Fifth, maintenance work recommendations:

for general users, some compressor maintenance suggestions are provided, and users can refer to the implementation.

1. Weekly: A. Check the unit for abnormal sound and leakage; B check whether the meter reading is correct; C. check whether the temperature display is normal.

2. Monthly: A. Check whether there is rust or looseness in the machine. If there is rust, remove rust, apply oil or paint, and tighten the looseness. B. discharge condensate.

3. Every three months: A. Remove dust from the outer surface of the cooler and the fan cover and fan blades; B. add lubricating oil to the motor bearing; C. check the hose for aging and cracking; D check the electrical components and clean the electric control box.

Sixth, compressor oil supplement:

in the running state, the oil level of the compressor should be kept between the lowest and highest oil levels. More oil will affect the separation effect, and less oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine. During the oil change period, if the oil level is lower than the lowest Oil level, lubricating oil should be replenished in time:

① After the internal pressure is released after shutdown (confirm that the system has no pressure), pull down the main power switch.

② Open the oil filler on the oil-gas separation tank and add appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.
