Inspection contents of oil injection screw air compressor

1. Oil level in oil and gas separator. If the oil level of the air compressor is too low, add lubricating oil. Stop the machine when refueling. Loosen the refueling plug to refuel after depressing the pressure.

2. The integrity of the hose, whether there is leakage.

3. All electrical connectors shall be stable and in good condition.

4. Water gas separator float valve, condensate automatic discharge.

5. The air compressor exhaust temperature should be 75 ℃ ~ 95 ℃ specified value.

6. Regularly check and record the voltage, current, exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, oil level, etc. during operation.

7. Whether the pressure switch works normally, whether it is unloaded when the working pressure of the air compressor is at the upper limit and whether it is loaded at the lower limit.

The sound enclosure door should be closed after inspection.

What checks need to be done when the screw air compressor is running?

First of all, it is necessary to check the oil level of the oil and gas separator, and if the oil level is too low, stop the machine and refuel in time. Check the hose for leakage and replace it in time if any leakage is found. Check whether the electrical connector is properly connected to ensure that the connection is in good condition. Check the float valve of the water-gas separator to see if the condensate is discharged automatically. Check whether the exhaust temperature is within the specified range of 75-95°C.

In the operation of the screw air compressor, the voltage, current, exhaust pressure, temperature, oil level and other aspects should be checked regularly, and the sound insulation cover door should be closed in time after the inspection is completed.
