2. The failure of the intake valve of the screw air compressor leads to insufficient valve opening. First remove the intake valve for maintenance, or replace the repair kit;

3. The air inlet valve of the air compressor controls the air source to leak, causing the valve opening to be insufficient or unable to open. The air leakage shall be excluded;

4. The pressure switch of the air compressor sets the working pressure too low. The upper pressure limit shall be adjusted upward;

5. The belt of the air compressor drive is too loose, resulting in a decrease in transmission efficiency. Need to adjust the drive belt, if it has been damaged, replace it with a new one;

6, air compressor inlet valve coupling wear caused by insufficient opening. The intake coupling needs to be replaced;

7. The efficiency of the synchronous motor of the air compressor is reduced, resulting in insufficient opening. The synchronous motor needs to be replaced with a new one).

8, screw air compressor load solenoid valve failure, leakage caused by insufficient control air source. Remove the load solenoid valve for maintenance first, and replace it with a new one if it cannot be repaired;

10. The oil and gas separator of the screw air compressor is blocked. First check whether the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator has reached 0.8-1kg, if so, replace with a new one;
