Causes of air compressor overload

I believe everyone has experienced the air compressor host or motor overload, maybe it is a small problem for you, maybe you are troubled by this fault.

The causes of failure are:

1, the voltage is too low: the general compressor rated working voltage is 380V, up and down allowed to float at about 5%.

2. Loose wiring: check whether the input power cord has traces of heat and scorch.

3, the unit pressure exceeds the rated pressure: such as 0.7MPa pressure of the machine, the actual pressure reaches 0.75MPa, it is prone to overload phenomenon.

4. Blockage of the fine oil separator: Don't think that the things you have not changed for a long time will not be blocked. The on-site environment is dirty, and the impurities in the oil and gas barrel are easy to block the oil.
