The food industry still needs to use oil-free air compressors

When used as a process source gas, compressed air is in direct contact with materials and food. When used as a power source, although not in direct contact with food and raw materials, but most of them are used in clean areas.

Therefore, compressed air for food must use clean compressed air. Food production enterprises mainly control the water content, oil content, dust particle content and biological particle content of compressed air, and also require compressed air to be odorless.

Oil-bearing compressed air in direct contact with the material will contaminate the food and breed bacteria. Water will accelerate the growth of bacteria and moisture absorption of food spoilage. The air contains a large number of dust particles and microbial particles, the latter is more harmful to the human body.

Microbes mostly refer to bacteria and fungi. Contamination of the product will not only cause the product itself to be infected with bacteria and deteriorate. Once misused, whether it enters the human body from the intestinal or non-intestinal route, it will directly affect human health and cause serious consequences.

1. Air filtration adopts three separation, and 95% large particle dust is directly separated. The air filter element is made of imported glass fiber, with a filtering accuracy of up to 5 um and high ash holding capacity. The service life is not less than 3000 hours, and solid particles are effectively filtered.

A clean compressed air system consists of equipment that generates, processes and stores compressed air.

Among them, the air compressor is the most important part. The ordinary oil air compressor basically cannot meet the requirements of food technology, and the oil-free air compressor is used more and more in the food industry.
