At this time, first check whether the intake valve has defects and cannot be closed normally. Second, check whether the oil cut-off solenoid valve has defects. Assuming it is normal, further check whether the check valve on the main exhaust pipe can be closed in time or completely. If there are defects, it should be removed.

(2) The screw air compressor stops automatically during operation. There are two main reasons for the automatic trip and shutdown of the machine in operation:

1, is the power supply grid elements. Because the machine itself with under-voltage protector, fault phase protector, high-voltage protector and other safety protection devices. When the grid voltage is lower than about 90% of the rated voltage (380V), or the power supply phase sequence is incorrect and the three-phase power supply is out of phase, it will automatically trip and stop.

2. The exhaust temperature is too high. It is possible that the lubricating oil is missing, the cooler is blocked, or the temperature control valve cannot operate normally.

(3) The temperature is too high. Screw air compressor set the maximum exhaust temperature of 120 degrees Celsius. Arriving at 110 degrees is the initial flashing alarm of the temperature warning light, and it will automatically stop when it exceeds 120 degrees.

What are the common shortcomings of screw air compressor?

Temperature is too high shutdown generally have the following reasons:

1. Poor environmental ventilation and heat dissipation. There are three main situations in which the surrounding environment of the screw air compressor affects heat dissipation: first, it is too close to wall-like obstacles; Second, there are other heat sources near the screw air compressor; third, the front door and side door of the screw air compressor are opened during operation, and the electric fan cannot form strong airflow.

2. The electric fan blade of screw air compressor is cracked or slack. When the fan blade is cracked, the air compressor will automatically stop due to the high temperature after 5 minutes of operation, and will extremely announce abnormal sound. When the fan blade is broken, the cooling air volume will decrease and then affect the heat dissipation. At this time, the electric fan blade should be replaced or adjusted.

3. The oil filter of the screw air compressor is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the resistance oil cannot enter the air compressor according to the normal flow rate, and the air compressor will heat up sensitively due to the lack of cooling and lubricating oil. When the inlet and outlet oil pressure difference exceeds 0.18MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced.

4. The cooling oil level is too low. When checking the cold machine, the oil level is lower than the lower end of the inspection tube should be compensated immediately. During the operation, the position below the center of the oil standard shall be compensated.

5. Low cooling oil number or poor oil quality. The screw air compressor selects the special air compressor oil of the manufacturer. When other low-grade or residual oil is used, the viscosity and specific heat will not reach the standard, thus causing the temperature to be too high.

6. The radiator is blocked. When there is a lot of dust in the environment around the screw air compressor, long-term operation will form a layer of dust or sludge on the surface of the radiator, and its internal copper pipe is simply blocked by the accumulation of grease, which then affects the heat dissipation effect. The outside of the air cooler is cleaned with a dust blowing gun. If the blowing is not clean, then remove it and clean it with a high-pressure water gun, and clean the inside with a special liquid medicine. Assuming that it is a water cooler, then use a water pump to circulate the liquid medicine to clean it.

7. The oil cut-off valve of screw air compressor fails. There is a cut-off valve between the oil filter and the air compressor. When the cut-off valve cannot be opened, the temperature of the screw air compressor will rise sensitively after starting because there is no oil lubrication and cooling, and it will automatically stop in a few seconds.

8. The filter element of oil and gas separator is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the oil due to excessive resistance and affect the cycle, constitute an overheating shutdown, it should be cleaned or replaced.
