2, because the inverter in the system makes the pipe network up and down pressure stability, can reduce or even eliminate pressure fluctuations, so that all the air compressor in the system are running in a lower pressure to meet the production requirements, reducing the power loss caused by upward pressure fluctuations.
Since the air compressor cannot rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load, the capacity of the motor can only be determined according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high, if the use of frequency control, can greatly improve the efficiency of operation. Therefore, the inverter in the air compressor system has great potential for energy saving.
4. Some adjustment methods (such as adjusting the valve opening and changing the angle of the blade, etc.) cannot reduce the operating power of the motor even when the demand is small. After adopting variable frequency speed regulation, when the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced, and the operating power of the motor can be reduced, so as to further realize energy saving.
Most of the single motor drive systems cannot be continuously adjusted according to the weight of the load. After the frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, continuous adjustment can be carried out very conveniently, and the pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters can be kept stable, thereby greatly improving the working performance of the compressor.
