What is the general pressure of the factory air source?
Walking into the air compression station of any factory, one of the most frequently asked questions is how much air pressure is appropriate. This figure looks simple. In fact, it involves a series of factors such as equipment matching, pipeline loss, gas fluctuation, etc. It is not enough to set a value on the head.
The working pressure of compressed air in most factories is concentrated in the range of 6 to 10bar, that is, 0.6 to 1.0MPa. This scope covers the needs of most gas-using equipment such as pneumatic tools, automated cylinders, packaging machinery, and conveying systems. The outlet pressure of the air compression station is usually set at about 8bar, one or two bar higher than the gas consumption point, in order to compensate for the pressure loss on the pipeline from the air compression station to the end of the workshop. The longer the pipeline, the more elbows, and the more dispersed the gas points, the more obvious the pressure drop in this part, so the set value of the air compression station should be set aside.
When it comes to the specific gas point, the pressure will generally be adjusted to between 4 and 6bar. The pressure requirements of different equipment are not small. For example, a small cylinder may be enough for 4bar, while some heavy fixtures or special process equipment may require 8bar or even higher. In industries such as papermaking, printing and glass manufacturing, the process itself requires high air pressure and may be used for more than 12bar. On the other hand, some precision control occasions only need 3 to 4bar, and the pressure is too high to affect the control accuracy.
The pipe material also affects the pressure setting. If the factory uses an ordinary water gas pipe, considering that the pressure bearing capacity of the pipe decreases after aging, the gas supply pressure is often controlled at 5 to 6bar, which is relatively conservative. The workshop with special compressed air pipeline has stronger bearing capacity and larger space for pressure setting.
In actual operation, the oil-free water lubrication air compressor plays the role of continuous output of clean gas in this gas supply system. This kind of equipment uses water instead of lubricating oil to complete sealing and cooling. The discharged compressed air itself does not contain oil. For food processing, electronic manufacturing, pharmaceutical production and other production lines that are sensitive to the quality of gas sources, the back-end oil removal is omitted, and the equipment operation does not have to worry about the maintenance burden caused by lubricating oil emulsification. In the workshop where multiple air compressors cooperate with air supply, the water lubrication unit is relatively friendly to the production line of continuous air supply because it does not involve oil replacement, and the frequency of daily shutdown and maintenance is relatively lower.
There is another point that is easily overlooked: altitude and climate can make the same system behave differently in different regions. In high altitude areas, the atmospheric pressure itself is low, and the actual exhaust pressure of the air compressor will be discounted. At this time, the set value may need to be raised. The cooling efficiency decreases at high temperature in summer, which will indirectly affect the output stability of the equipment.
Therefore, there is no universal figure for the gas source pressure in the factory. 6 to 10bar is the most common range, but it is ultimately determined according to the actual running equipment in the workshop, the length of the pipeline and the fluctuation rhythm of gas consumption. If the pressure is set correctly, the equipment will run steadily and the energy consumption will not be wasted on the excess pressure drop.
The water-lubricated air compressor does have an air-cooled type. Water-lubricated air compressors can be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled according to different cooling methods. The working principle of the water-lubricated air compressor is that during the compression process, water is injected into the main engine through the water lubrication system to perform
In the food industry, the quality requirements of compressed air are very strict to ensure the safety and hygienic quality of food. The following are some common food industry compressed air standards: Water content: The dew point temperature of compressed air must be lower than the dew point temperature of ambient air
The maintenance cycle of screw air compressors is not fixed, but is affected by many factors, including the type of equipment, working environment, frequency of use and manufacturer's recommendations. The following are some general maintenance guidelines: New machine first maintenance: usually in operation about
In the modern industrial field, air compressor is the key equipment to provide compressed air, and its performance and quality have a non-negligible impact on the entire production process. In recent years, with the continuous development of technology and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, oil-free air compressor because of its unique
The central role and special requirements of air compressors in the food industry 1. power support and equipment drive The air compressor provides stable air source power for the food production line and drives the operation of key equipment such as filling machine, bottle blowing machine and inkjet printer. For example, in the beverage filling
There are many reasons behind the configuration of multiple air compressors in the factory, which together ensure the efficiency and stability of the production process. First of all, the production process of a factory often involves multiple links and departments, and the demand for compressed air in each link may vary.
In the process of food processing, the gas exposed to the product needs to meet a series of requirements to ensure the safety and quality of the food. The following are some of the main gas requirements: Purity requirements: The gas should be of high purity to avoid the introduction of impurities or contaminants. especially
According to the air compressor used in pharmaceutical fermentation process, especially granklin water lubricated air compressor, the following is a detailed analysis of its characteristics, advantages and application scenarios: 1. granklin water lubricated air compressor characteristics water lubrication technology: using water instead of oil to empty the screw
The standard compressed air consumption of numerical control lathe (numerical control machine tool) varies depending on the equipment configuration, process requirements and production rhythm. The reference air consumption of a single numerical control machine tool is usually 0.3m & sup3;/min to 1.5m & sup3;/min, depending on the equipment work
The dryness standard of compressed air mainly depends on its dew point temperature, that is, the amount of water content. The dew point temperature is the temperature at which the water vapor in the compressed air condenses into liquid water, and it is an important parameter to measure the drying degree of the compressed air. The following is based on the national standard GB
