1. The oil content is different. Generally, the oil content of the oil machine is larger, and the oil content of the oil machine is 0.01ppm, so this oil content is used to distinguish the air compressor with oil and without oil. There is also a full oil-free air compressor, which is lubricated by water, so the final discharge of gas does not contain oil, called a full oil-free air compressor.

2. The structure is different. Whether it is an oil-free piston machine or an oil-free screw machine, a large amount of high temperature will be generated during the operation. The participation of oil in the air compressor will take away the high temperature generated during the compression process of the air compressor, thereby Cooling the machinery. The oil-free air compressor uses water to lubricate the air compressor head, and the heat generated inside the air compressor head is taken away by the water, achieving isothermal compression.

In applications, industries with higher gas requirements are better to use oil-free air compressors.

Oil-free air compressor is cleaner and more environmentally friendly than oil-free air compressor to some extent, so institutions such as hospitals, laboratories, schools and other institutions are very suitable for the use of oil-free air compressor, and these institutions also prefer to use oil-free air compressor.
