1, the air compressor must have a pressure gauge and safety valve. The pressure gauge must be calibrated regularly. The safety valve and pressure regulator must act reliably, and the operating pressure of the safety valve shall not exceed 1.1 times of the rated pressure. Oil-lubricated air compressors must be equipped with oil-cut protection devices or oil-cut signal display devices. Water-cooled air compressors must be equipped with water-cut protection devices or water-cut signal display devices.

2. The exhaust temperature of the air compressor shall not exceed 190 ℃ for single cylinder and 160 ℃ for double cylinder. A temperature protection device must be installed to automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature is over.

Air compressor suction port must be equipped with filter device.

The air compressor must use compressor oil with a flash point of not less than 215°C.

3. The air bag of the air compressor should be set in a cool place outdoors on the ground and in a place with smooth air underground. In the underground, the fixed compressor and the air bag should be set in 2 chambers respectively. The temperature in the air bag should be kept below 120 ℃, and equipped with over-temperature protection device, which can automatically cut off the power supply and alarm when over-temperature.
