3. Check whether the oil level of the oil and gas barrel is between the two scale lines of the oil level gauge. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented. Pay attention to confirm that there is no pressure in the system before refueling (the oil level is subject to observation after 10 minutes of shutdown, and the oil level is slightly lower than that during shutdown during operation).

4. If the new machine is turned on for the first time or stopped for a long time, the air filter cover should be removed first, and about 0.5 liters of lubricating oil should be added from the air inlet to prevent oil loss and burning during starting.

5. Confirm that there is no pressure in the system.

6. Open the exhaust valve.

7. Check whether the voltage of the cable connected to the air compressor meets the manufacturer's requirements (voltage 360V-410V). It is required that the equipment should be checked after starting up and working. Some factories have no abnormal static voltage, and the voltage drop after load will cause overload of the motor.

4. Observe whether the operation is stable, whether the sound is normal, whether the air convection is unblocked, whether the meter reading is normal, and whether it is leaking.

5, always keep the appearance of the air compressor and the surrounding places clean, it is strictly prohibited to place any objects on the air compressor, such as tools, rags, clothing, gloves, etc.

first, set the manual valve to the "unloading" position to unload the air compressor. After about ten seconds, press the "stop" button, the motor stops running, and the switch handle is turned to zero.

5. emergency shutdown

1. Emergency shutdown shall be performed when one of the following situations occurs:

(1) When abnormal sound or vibration occurs;

(2) The exhaust pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve and the safety valve is not opened;

(3) No automatic shutdown when the exhaust temperature exceeds 100 degrees;

(4) When an emergency occurs around;
