Screw type air compressor safety operation procedures.

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle, operating procedures and other precautions of the air compressor.

Second, operators must undergo technical training and safety training, and can only take up their posts after passing the examination. They cannot operate without a license.

3. Check the capacity of the lubricating oil in the oil and gas separator before starting, check whether the gas supply pipeline is dredged, and whether all bolts and joints are fastened. Check whether the various instrument indications on the low-voltage distribution cabinet are correct, whether the electrical wiring is intact, and whether the grounding wire meets the standards.

4. Before starting, the air compressor exhaust valve should be opened, the manual drain valve should be closed, and the operator should be in a safe position.

5. When the air compressor is not in use, the power should be cut off and the air supply valve of the air compressor should be closed. Drain water from coolers, oil-water separators, exhaust lines and air bags.

Six, shutdown maintenance, must open the power cabinet knife switch and listing, grounding.
