Detailed introduction of screw air compressor maintenance

The maintenance of the screw air compressor is introduced in detail today.

The maintenance of the screw air compressor is divided into 4 stages, namely: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, quarterly maintenance, and annual maintenance.

1. Daily maintenance

check the oil level, check the air filter element and coolant level, check whether the hose and all pipe joints are leaking, check whether the vulnerable parts have reached the replacement cycle, if it has reached the point, stop the machine for replacement, check whether the exhaust temperature of the main engine reaches 98 ℃ or close to 98 ℃, then the oil cooler must be cleaned and the pressure difference of the separator must be checked. When the pressure difference reaches above 0.6Bar or the pressure difference starts to drop, stop the separation core.

2. Monthly maintenance

check the cooler, clean if necessary, check all wiring and tighten, check the AC contactor contacts, clean the dust on the suction surface of the motor and the surface of the housing, clean the oil return filter, and check whether the air compressor settings are consistent with the operation.

3. Quarterly maintenance

clean the main motor and fan motor, replace the oil filter element, clean the cooler, and check. Low pressure valve, safety valve, check sensor.

4. Annual maintenance

replace the lubricating oil and oil separator filter element, replace the air filter element, oil filter, safety valve calibration, check the flexible coupling, check the cooling fan, clean the automatic drain valve, supplement or replace the motor lubricating grease.
