Check the capacity of lubricating oil in the oil-gas separator. After normal operation, the oil level in the oil level gauge is the best if it is above the middle of the upper and lower limits.

Check whether the air supply pipeline is unblocked and the joint is firm.

Check whether the various instrument indications on the low-voltage power distribution cabinet are normal, whether the electrical wiring is intact, and whether the grounding wire meets the standards.

Before starting, the operator should be in a safe position, open the air compressor exhaust valve and close the manual drain valve.

Check whether there is any problem with the sound of each part of the machine.

Check whether the lubricating oil level is normal.

When replacing the oil and gas separator, be careful to discharge static electricity.

The screw air compressor shall operate within the rated pressure range and the discharge temperature shall not exceed 110 ℃.

When the compressor is running, there shall be no abnormal sound, air leakage or oil leakage.

The compressor shall not be operated in an area where the oil level is lower than the line under the second red line of the oil level gauge. If this phenomenon occurs, stop the machine immediately for refueling.

If it is found that the instructions are incorrect or abnormal, it should be replaced or shut down for maintenance in time.

3. shutdown operation:

press the stop button, after the delay unloading, the unit will stop. If there is an abnormal situation, press the "emergency stop" button to carry out emergency stop.

After shutdown, cut off the power supply and close the air supply valve of the air compressor. Drain water from coolers, oil-water separators, exhaust lines and air bags.

When the machine is shut down for maintenance, the knife switch of the power cabinet must be opened and listed, and grounded.
