working principle:

The suction dryer is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, through the "pressure change" to achieve the drying effect. Using the characteristics that the ability of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to the pressure, a part of the dried air (called regeneration gas) is decompressed and expanded to atmospheric pressure. This pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then allows it to flow through the desiccant layer to be regenerated without air flow, absorb the water in the desiccant, and take it out of the desiccant to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.

Water removal effect:

the water removal effect of the cold dryer is restricted by its principle. If the temperature is too low, icing will occur, so its dew point temperature is usually 2~10 ℃.

Drying machine is the use of desiccant (such as alumina) for deep drying, usually the dew point temperature of the outlet can reach -20 ℃, in addition to the water effect is far better than the cold dryer.

Energy loss:

the cold dryer needs to be compressed by the refrigerant to achieve the purpose of cooling, so the power consumption is large.

The suction dryer is mainly controlled by the electric control box, and the electric power is usually only a few tens of watts, which is relatively low.
