2, to consider the use of gas occasions and conditions.

At this time, attention should be paid not only to the compressor selection, but also to the accessory device when necessary.

4, should consider the level of exhaust pressure and exhaust volume size.

The discharge pressure of the compressor for general-purpose air power is 0.7MPa, and the old standard is 0.8MPa. At present, there is an air compressor with an exhaust pressure of 0.5MPa in the society, which is unreasonable from the perspective of use, because the pressure margin is too small for pneumatic tools, and the gas transmission distance is slightly longer. In addition, from a design point of view, this compressor is designed for primary compression, and the pressure ratio is too large, which is easy to cause the exhaust temperature to be too high, causing carbon deposits in the cylinder and causing accidents. If the compressor used by the user is greater than 0.8MPa, it is generally necessary to make special manufacturing, and the method of forced pressurization cannot be adopted to avoid accidents.

Exhaust volume is one of the main parameters of the air compressor, select the air compressor to match the required displacement, and leave a margin of 10%. If the air consumption is large and the air compressor exhaust volume is small, the pneumatic tool will cause the air compressor exhaust pressure to be greatly reduced, and the pneumatic tool cannot be driven. Of course, the blind pursuit of large displacement is also wrong, because the larger the displacement, the larger the compressor with the larger the motor, not only the price is high, but also the purchase of funds is wasted, and the use of electricity and energy will be wasted.
