Safety Operation Regulations for Air Compressor (Air Pump)

1. The air compressor shall be operated by designated trained and qualified students, and shall be used only after being guided and inspected by the instructor on the spot.

2. When using, pay attention to check whether the instruments, valves and electrical facilities are normal. The lubricating oil is sufficient and meets the standard. Whether the leakage protection measures are normal, it is strictly prohibited to start with load.

3. Do not wipe, touch, adjust or tighten the parts with pressure during operation.

5. Cut off the power supply during maintenance and release the air in the cylinder.

6. The air pump should be placed in a place with fresh air and good ventilation. It is strictly prohibited to place it in an environment with inflammable and explosive dust in the air.

7. When parking, close the pressure reducing valve or open the vent valve to cut off the power supply after the air compressor runs without load.
