Open the ball valves between the air tank, cold dryer, dryer, filter and other components again to ensure stable ventilation of the main system after compressed air.

Then make preparations for the inspection of the air compressor to check whether the oil level is normal, oil leakage, and whether there are obstacles around the unit. If the water cooling machine should first open the cooling water valve, open the cooling water pump, and confirm that the cooling water inlet pressure is normal, generally 0.2-0.4kg. Then send power to ensure that the unit has starting conditions, and then start. If the shutdown time is too long, part of the lubricating oil in the oil system flows into the oil barrel, it is recommended to start several times and then start, to avoid unnecessary failures such as high temperature, overload and so on.

2. control the working temperature and exhaust pressure of the machine, and make daily management and records of the machine.

The working temperature of the machine is best controlled between 75-90 ℃, and the operating temperature should not be too low, because too low temperature is not conducive to the timely evaporation and discharge of moisture in the compressed air. Excessive water accumulation in the lubricating oil system will reduce the quality of the lubricating oil, damage the oil separation filter material structure of the screw air compressor, and then cause hidden dangers to the stable operation of the machine. Too high operating temperature is also not conducive to the use of the lubricating oil system, thus reducing the quality, in turn, it causes hidden dangers to the stable operation of the machine; too high operating temperature is not conducive to the use of the lubricating oil system, thereby reducing the quality of the lubricating oil, thereby reducing the quality of the lubricating oil, destroying the structure of the oil filter material, and causing hidden dangers to the stable operation of the machine;

Daily management of equipment: after the machine is powered on, the user's on-site personnel shall check the oil level, operating temperature and discharge pressure of the machine, pay attention to mechanical vibration noise and oil leakage, discharge the condensed water from the air storage tank, steam trap and post-processing cold dryer, filter, suction dryer and other components for measuring motor voltage and current every morning, and observe the discharge condition of condensed water. In cold weather, please discharge all the water from the water tank, filter and other components to avoid freezing.
