Check before 3. startup:

1. Check the capacity of the lubricating oil in the oil-gas separator. After normal operation, the oil level in the oil level gauge is best above the upper limit and the lower limit.

2. Check whether the air supply pipeline is dredged, and whether all bolts and joints are fastened.

3. Check whether the various instrument instructions on the low-voltage power distribution cabinet are correct, whether the electrical wiring is intact, and whether the grounding wire meets the standard.

4. During trial, about 0.5 liters of lubricating oil should be added from the air inlet, and the air compressor should be turned by hand for several revolutions or jog to prevent oil loss and burning during startup. Special attention should be paid not to let foreign matters fall into the body so as not to damage the air compressor.

5. Before starting, the air compressor exhaust valve should be opened, the manual drain valve should be closed, and the operator should be in a safe position.

4. operating procedures:

1. Preparation before use: check the oil level in the oil and gas separator, slightly open the oil drain valve below the oil and gas separator to exclude the condensed water that may exist in it, tighten the valve after determining that there is no condensed water, and open the air compressor gas supply port valve.

2. Turn on: Turn on the power switch, turn on the power supply, and observe whether there is abnormal display on the operation panel and whether the phase sequence is correct. If there is abnormal display, the power should be cut off immediately. The machine can be put into use only after fault treatment. The machine has reverse phase protection and the motor is strictly prohibited from reversing.

3. Start: press the "start" (ON) key on the control panel, and the air compressor starts to run according to the set mode. At this time, observe whether the various parameters on the display panel are normal (the pressure does not exceed 0.85MPa, and the exhaust temperature does not exceed 105 ℃), whether there is abnormal sound, and whether there is oil leakage. If so, stop the machine immediately for inspection. When starting up, turn on the host first, and then turn on the slave machine after about 1 minute.

4, stop: press the "stop" (OFF) key on the control panel, the air compressor will stop after a period of time, and it is normal not to stop immediately. When the machine is stopped, the slave machine should be stopped and the main machine should be stopped.

5, if the air compressor has a special abnormal situation, you can press the emergency stop button, if you need to restart after 2 minutes.

6. It is strictly forbidden to start the air compressor with load, otherwise the electrical components will be damaged due to excessive starting current.

7. When the air compressor is not in use, the power supply should be cut off and the air supply valve of the air compressor should be closed. Discharge the accumulated water in the cooler, oil-water separator, exhaust pipe and air bag 8. When shutting down for maintenance, the knife switch of the power cabinet must be opened, listed and grounded.

Inspection and precautions during 5. operation:

1. Check whether the indications of various electrical instruments are normal.

2. Listen to whether there is any change in the working sound of each part of the machine.

3. Check that the temperature of each part does not exceed the specified value.

4. Check whether the lubricating oil level is normal, and it is forbidden to wipe the rotating parts during operation.

5. When replacing the oil and gas separator, pay attention to the electrostatic discharge, and connect the inner metal mesh with the oil drum shell to prevent the explosion caused by the accumulation of static electricity. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent unclean items from falling into the oil drum so as not to affect the operation of the air compressor.

6. When the air compressor exceeds the set time due to no-load operation, it will automatically stop. At this time, inspection or maintenance work is absolutely not allowed, because the air compressor will resume operation at any time. For the unit with a separate fan, the operation stop of the fan is automatically controlled, and the fan must not be contacted to avoid personal injury. The mechanical inspection must first cut off the power supply.
