What is the preparation of the screw air compressor?

When we have the preparatory work ready, oil-free air compressor can be started according to the following procedures:

1. Check whether the rotor and stator have abnormal phenomena such as friction and collision, and confirm that the rotor is flexible;

2. Slowly lift the starter handwheel to make the steam open the valve quickly. When the power oil pressure difference at both ends gradually increases, it opens quickly and the steam enters the speed regulating valve chamber.

3. Continue to lift the starter handwheel, generate secondary oil pressure, and apply force to the oil motor slide valve. When the secondary oil pressure rises to some value, the slide valve, under the action of the secondary oil pressure, rolls the power oil to the channel of the upper chamber of the oil motor piston for communication, the power oil enters the upper chamber of the oil motor piston, opens the speed regulating valve, the steam enters the turbine through the nozzle, and the unit starts to rotate;

4. When the rotating speed of the unit rises to 100 rpm, it is said to run for 15min. When it is confirmed that there is no abnormality, it shall be carried out according to the procedure.

5. Continue to lift the starter handwheel until it reaches the highest position.

6. After the starter function is finished, the governor is put into normal operation to play its speed adjustment function.
