In order to make the oil-free air compressor can run normally and reliably and ensure the service life of the unit, a detailed maintenance plan must be formulated, and the fixed person operation, regular maintenance and regular inspection and maintenance must be carried out to keep the oil-free air compressor clean, oil-free and dirt-free.

B. The replacement time of compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid and alkaline gas in the air. The newly purchased oil-free air compressor shall be replaced with new oil for the first 500 hours of operation, and then replaced every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. Machines with annual operation less than 4000 hours shall be replaced once a year.

C, the oil filter in the first boot operation 300-500 hours must be replaced, the second time in the use of 2000 hours of replacement, after the normal time every 2000 hours to replace.

D, maintenance and replacement of air filter or intake valve remember to prevent any debris into the compressor host cavity. When operating, the entrance of the host is closed. After the operation is completed, rotate several circles by hand according to the rotation direction of the host to make sure there is no obstacle before starting the machine.

E. Check the tightness of the belt every 2000 hours or so of the machine. If the belt is loose, adjust it until the belt is tight. In order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil pollution during the whole process.

Clean the cooler

every time the oil-free air compressor runs for about 2000h, in order to remove dust on the heat dissipation surface, the cooler purge hole cover on the fan bracket shall be opened, and the cooler shall be purged with a dust blowing gun until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is cleaned. If the heat dissipation surface is seriously dirty and difficult to purge, the cooler can be removed, the oil in the cooler can be poured out and the four inlets and outlets can be closed to prevent dirt from entering, then the dust on both sides can be blown off with compressed air or washed with water, and finally the water stains on the surface can be dried. Place back in position.

Remember! Do not use iron brush and other hard objects to scrape dirt, so as not to damage the surface of the radiator.

Drain condensate

the moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in humid weather, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the air pressure dew point or shutdown cooling, there will be more condensed water precipitation. Too much water in the oil will cause emulsification of the lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such:

1, resulting in poor lubrication of the compressor host;

2. The oil and gas separation effect becomes worse, and the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator becomes larger;

3, causing corrosion of machine parts.

Therefore, a condensate discharge schedule should be developed based on humidity conditions.

Condensate water discharge method

it should be carried out after the machine is shut down, there is no pressure in the oil and gas separation tank, sufficient cooling, and the condensed water is fully precipitated, such as before starting up in the morning.

① Screw out the front screw plug of the ball valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank.

② slowly open the ball valve drainage, until there is oil flow, close the ball valve.

③ Screw on the front screw plug of the ball valve.
