1. The operating environment of the air compressor should be below 38 ℃. Improve the ventilation system of the air compressor room, and increase the exhaust fan in the air compressor room to discharge the hot air, thereby reducing the temperature. (Note: A heat source with high temperature cannot be placed around the air compressor) If the temperature around the machine is relatively high, the temperature sucked by the machine will be too high, so that the oil temperature and exhaust temperature will also increase accordingly. 2. The radiator should be kept unobstructed and clean at all times. When the working conditions are dusty, the radiator should always clean up the dust on it to ensure that the first air sucked by the air compressor is smooth. The air compressor oil filter is blocked, causing the lubricating oil path to be unobstructed, and the amount of oil entering the host is too small, resulting in high temperature shutdown.

3. Check whether the cooling water temperature and water pressure are normal. The inlet water temperature of the air compressor is generally not more than 35 ℃, and the water pressure is between 0.3 and 0.5Mpa. At the same time, the scale of the cooler is removed to ensure the heat exchange efficiency. If the water temperature does not meet the requirements, the cooling tower can be installed in the appropriate position.

4. The three filters of air compressor mainly include: air filter, oil filter and oil and gas separator. Air filter blockage will cause the air compressor load is too large, long-term overload state, causing high temperature; oil core blockage will cause the internal pressure is too high, resulting in high temperature; oil filter blockage will cause the flow becomes smaller, resulting in high temperature.

The dust in the air sucked by the screw air compressor is blocked in the air filter. In order to prevent the screw compressor from being worn prematurely and the fine filter element in the oil and gas separator from being blocked, it usually needs to be more popular after a certain period of operation. At the same time, check whether the oil filter and the oil and gas separator filter need to be replaced.

Lack of oil in the air compressor or insufficient oil supply inside the machine will also cause the air compressor temperature to be too high. In hot summer weather, you should check the position of the oil and gas barrel oil level mirror oil. If the oil level is lower than the oil level mark, you should stop the machine and refuel to prevent high temperature. In addition, be sure to use genuine air compressor oil to ensure the operation of the air compressor.
