In the cold winter, because the temperature is low, once the air compressor does not pay attention to maintenance, it will cause the machine equipment failure. In winter, if the machine is shut down for a long time, there are not a few situations in which the cooling tower freezes and breaks and the body fails when starting. Granklin for air compressor users put forward the following winter maintenance recommendations:

1. For equipment that has been shut down for a long time or the oil filter has been used for a long time, it is proposed to disassemble and replace the filter before starting to prevent the oil supply of the engine from insufficient due to the decrease of the oil filter capacity when the engine is just started. Instantaneous heating of the engine when the engine starts, resulting in engine failure;

2. After turning off the power supply of the machine and equipment, turn the machine head coupling by hand. The rotation should be sensitive. If the rotation is difficult, please do not start the machine blindly. Check whether the machine body or motor is faulty, whether the lubricating oil is deteriorated, etc., and start the machine only after the fault is cleared;

3. Before starting the air compressor, ensure that the temperature is not less than 2 degrees above zero. If the temperature is too low, please use a heating device to heat the air barrel and the main engine;

4. Check whether the oil quantity is normal, check whether all condensate drain outlets have been turned off (long-term shutdown should be opened), and check whether the cooling water drain outlets are closed (this valve should be opened during long-term shutdown)
