1 Due to the high exhaust temperature of the air compressor: there are two main situations showing that the exhaust temperature is high, one is that the exhaust temperature is indeed high, and the other is that the exhaust temperature is caused by an error in the dashboard display. If it is the second error, it is necessary to check whether the heat dissipation function of the cooling water is normal;

2 thermal relay failure: line short circuit or poor contact may lead to this problem, if it is due to the specification is not selected properly, it is recommended to replace.

3 The air compressor head bears more resistance than conventional, which generally causes tripping due to the following reasons:(1) The viscosity of lubricating oil is too high, which is especially obvious in winter;(2) A large amount of carbon deposits are formed in the head of the air compressor. For the screw air compressor, considerable resistance will be encountered when the rotor is running. In this case, it is easy to cause current overload and lead to shutdown.

4 Unloading valve is not closed or does not work normally, mainly reflected in the air compressor can not normal air intake. Encountered this situation, the more appropriate method is to check the unloading valve, the first air filter to remove, then you can clearly see the degree of damage to the unloading valve. If only some metal parts debris or impurities stuck in the unloading valve when the version, then only need some simple cleaning can be. If the degree of damage is already quite high, it needs to be replaced in time.

In addition to these aspects, the power supply voltage of the air compressor configuration is not properly configured, which may cause the air compressor to stop at will. Mainly check whether the fuse and relay are in good contact.
