Matters needing attention in the operation of screw air compressor

The following points should be noted during the operation of the oil injection screw air compressor:

1, the operation or abnormal vibration, should immediately stop inspection;

2. There is pressure in the operating pipeline. Do not loosen the pipeline bolts and open unnecessary valves, such as traps and drain valves;

3. During operation, when the oil on the oil level gauge is found to be missing and the oil temperature gradually rises, the machine should be shut down immediately. Observe the oil level after shutdown for 5min (the pressure gauge indicates zero). If the oil level is insufficient, add lubricating oil when there is no pressure in the system;

4, should always check whether the automatic steam trap action is working properly, if there is a fault should be immediately overhauled, otherwise the moisture will be brought to the system and cause certain harm to the system;

5. The oil and gas barrel shall discharge sewage at least once a week to prevent the unit from not running for a long time. It is recommended to start up at least 2 hours per week;

6. During the daily operation of the screw air compressor, attention should be paid to whether the pressure switch and joint control program of the air compressor work normally. Abnormal working conditions will lead to an increase in the power consumption of the air compressor. In severe cases, the motor will be burned due to frequent start and stop of the compressor;

7. It is forbidden to operate the air compressor in places where toxic gases may be inhaled, and it is not allowed to block the air compressor suction port during operation.

8. Do not operate under the pressure specified on the nameplate, and do not operate under the pressure specified on the nameplate as much as possible;

9. All doors of the soundproof cover cabinet must be closed during operation.
