3. Temperature control valve failure. Temperature control valve in the compressor cold start, can make the oil bypass cooler directly injected into the host head, accelerate the rise of oil temperature. To prevent condensation in the compressor, after the normal operation of the compressor, the proportion of oil flowing through the cooler and bypass can be adjusted according to the oil temperature to control the oil injection temperature. If the temperature control valve is damaged or the action is not sensitive, a large amount of high temperature oil will not pass the cooler directly into the host head, resulting in high host temperature.
4. Oil filter failure. The oil filter is used to filter the dust and impurities in the oil circuit. It is easy to be blocked after a period of use, resulting in poor oil return and high temperature of the host.
5. Fault of oil cut-off valve. The oil cut-off valve controls its reciprocating oil injection through the air pressure of the air storage tank. If a fault occurs, the oil circuit is not smooth and the oil temperature is high. Sundries block the oil circuit or control gas circuit, causing the oil cut-off valve to close without oil injection, and also causing high temperature of the main engine head due to lack of oil or poor heat dissipation.
6. Insufficient amount of lubricating oil, dirty or clogged cooler will cause excessive temperature.
7. Cooling fan failure, cooler blockage, increased exhaust resistance, resulting in poor heat dissipation caused by high temperature. The external dust and internal oil of the cooler shall be cleaned.
