1. Whether the maintenance is timely. Most of the time, the decrease in compressor displacement is not a big problem. After replacing the air filter element, it can be used normally. Lubricants and other filter elements are also very important. Check whether the lubricant is within the standard range. 2. Whether the intake valve is open. If the intake valve cannot be opened during loading, it can be concluded that the decrease in the displacement of the screw air compressor is a fault of the intake valve and should be removed for maintenance or replacement.

3. Motor failure. Because a local short circuit occurs in the motor coil, or the bearing is damaged, the motor bearing is damaged, causing the motor speed to be lower than the rated speed, and the compressor displacement is reduced. The motor coil, bearing, etc. should be repaired immediately, and the compressor displacement should be detected after maintenance.
