the advantages and disadvantages of dry oil free screw machine:

Disadvantages: As the technology has been relatively long, the congenital technical defects existing in itself cannot be changed (the structure of the whole machine is complex, the rotating speed of the main engine is as high as 9000~18000 r/min minutes, the working temperature of the main engine is as high as 200 degrees, the main engine has large leakage, large noise, low efficiency, high energy consumption, complicated operation and high maintenance cost).
the advantages and disadvantages of water lubricated oil free screw machine:
advantages: After summarizing the congenital structural design defects of the dry oil-free screw compressor, the advanced oil-free screw compressor technology developed and put into the market in the past ten years. The host and piping system are made of 304 stainless steel or copper alloy. The main engine speed is 2980 r/min minutes, the main engine working temperature is less than 50 degrees, the water sealing efficiency is high, the operation and maintenance is simple, the maintenance cost is low, and the noise is low.
Disadvantages: some water lubrication host shell using copper alloy material, corrosion resistance is poor. Although advanced water lubrication technology is also the main development direction of oil-free screw compressors, a large amount of capital has poured into this industry, resulting in a large number of low-quality immature products flowing into the market in the past two years, causing unnecessary losses to users.
air compressor maintenance:
1. Use:
● This machine should be used indoors at not less than 5 ℃, not more than 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. Must keep the surrounding environment clean, dry, ventilated, avoid direct sunlight.
● It should be placed on a flat and firm ground to prevent the machine from shifting during work.
● This machine uses single-phase 220V50HZ power supply, and shall be equipped with 15A fuse or automatic circuit breaker.
● The power supply voltage range of the machine is 198V ~ 242V. Abnormal voltage will cause difficulty in starting or overheating of the compressor. In order to ensure the normal use of the machine, in areas where the power supply voltage is abnormal, please use a single-phase power regulator. The power of the regulator must be greater than 2000VA.
● After unpacking, check whether the whole machine is in good condition, and check the accessories according to the packing list.
● Unscrew the fast screwing sleeve of the exhaust port and set it on one end of the gas pipeline. Insert the gas pipeline into the fast screwing and tighten the sleeve, and connect the other end of the gas pipeline with the external equipment.
● Unscrew the drain valve quick-screw clamp sleeve and set it on one end of the drain pipe. Insert the drain pipe into the quick-screw and tighten the clamp sleeve. Place the other end of the drain pipe outdoors or insert it into a large container to store sewage.
●Before starting up, check whether the drain valve is closed, whether the pressure control switch is in the "0" position (off position), the exhaust valve is in the closed state, and check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
● Insert the power plug of the machine into the power socket, and the machine runs normally, and the installation is complete.
2. Debugging:
set the pressure switch control to the on position (start position), the air compressor should be started immediately, and the gas first discharges part of the gas pressure through the filter pressure reducing valve to protect the compressor from starting. At this time, there will be a "hissing" sound, and at the same time, supply gas to the gas storage tank. The pointer of the pressure gauge slowly rises. When the pressure gauge indicates 1Bar, the filter pressure reducing valve stops discharging gas (this period is about 20 seconds). When the pressure gauge indicates 8Bar, the pressure control switch shall act to automatically cut off the power supply of the air compressor, and the air compressor shall stop working immediately. (At this time, it can be adjusted through the filter pressure regulating valve according to the pressure required by the gas equipment.) When the pressure of the air storage tank is equal to 6Bar, the pressure control switch should be automatically closed, and the air compression will automatically start again and again to achieve the purpose of control. Commissioning work is completed, the machine can be put into normal work.
3. Drainage of gas storage tank:
when the air compressor is running, it will compress the moisture contained in the air and condense it. In the air storage tank, excessive water accumulation will directly affect the air quality of the air storage tank and directly affect the normal operation of the air appliance. Therefore, it must be removed in time. The water accumulation in the air storage tank, the drainage cycle depends on the environmental conditions and the length of use time, generally must be drained every 3 days. Drainage method: when there is a certain pressure in the gas tank, slowly rotate the adjusting handle of the drain valve counterclockwise to make the accumulated water spray out of the drain valve and discharge it through the drain hose until the accumulated water is in the light position. After draining, tighten the handle of drain valve clockwise to ensure no air leakage.
4. Filter drainage:
install the automatic drain filter, insert the drain hose into the bottom connector of the filter and drain the water as selected below:
close the ball valve on the filter pressure reducing valve to cut off the air outlet, and open the equipment to drain the pressure on the pipeline. In this way, the water in the water cup of the filter pressure reducing valve will be automatically drained, and the water must be drained once every 3 days.
When the water in the water cup of the filter pressure relief valve reaches the middle of the water cup, the power supply must be cut off and then the drain valve must be opened to reduce the pressure in the gas storage tank to 0Bar, so that the water in the water cup of the filter pressure relief valve will be automatically emptied.
5. Replace the filter element of the air filter:
an air filter is provided at the air suction port of the air compressor to prevent dust in the air from entering the air compressor and has a silencing effect. The filter element of the air filter is blocked after a period of time, which affects the suction capacity of the air compressor, so the filter element must be replaced regularly. The replacement method is to open the suction muffler cover, take out the filter element, replace it with a new filter element, and then reinstall the cover.
