Structural Design of Grantklin Oil-free

because the screw in the process of rotating compression, the entire host lubrication, sealing, cooling are done by water, therefore, Granklin is the true sense of the oil-free compression.

Stainless steel host shell, stainless steel rotor, wear-resistant oil-free silicon carbide sliding bearings, the design life of the above components are up to 25 years. Thus, an absolutely oil-free compression volume produces absolutely oil-free compressed air.

1. Special configuration, according to your site conditions, provide different voltage, paint color, explosion-proof grade design requirements;

2. Design customization for special environments, such as: low temperature, seaside corrosion, tropical, high temperature, dust, etc;

3. Provide special gas design: such as nitrogen compression, pressurized compression or higher design below 40bar;

4. Provide low pressure compression design below 1.5bar.
