pre-operation inspection

Start Operation
- press the "ON" button of the air dryer and run it for more than 5 minutes to observe whether it runs normally and smoothly.
- Open the intake valve.
- Turn on the power and press the "start" button (or "*" button) of the air compressor.
- Slowly open the exhaust valve until it is fully open.
- Note that the air compressor should gradually increase the load start, all parts of the normal before full load operation.
Operation monitoring
- monitor the reading of the pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure is within the normal range.
- Pay attention to the temperature change of the equipment. If abnormal high temperature occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
- Listen to whether the equipment has abnormal sound, and observe whether there is oil leakage, air leakage, etc.
- Always pay attention to meter readings, especially barometer readings.
- Every work 2 4 hours, the condensate water discharge valve 1 of the intercooler and the air storage tank should be opened2 times.
Normal shutdown
- press the air compressor "stop" button (or "o" key).
- Press the "OFF" button of the air dryer.
- Close the exhaust valve.
- Gradually open the exhaust valve of the air storage tank, slowly reduce the pressure, and correspondingly reduce the speed of the diesel engine, so that the air compressor runs at no load and low speed for 5 to 10 seconds. After the air compressor stops, the diesel engine continues to run at low speed for 5 seconds before stopping.
Precautions

- the air compressor should be placed on a well-ventilated, dry and stable ground, away from flammable, explosive materials and high temperature environments.
- When the ambient temperature is close to 30 degrees Celsius, the exhaust fan should be turned on to reduce the indoor temperature; when the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius, the induced draft fan should be turned on to reduce the indoor temperature.
- When the indoor noise is greater than 90dB, protective earmuffs should be worn.
- In winter, the temperature is lower than 5 degrees, and the cooling water without antifreeze should be discharged after shutdown.
- Always keep the outside of the storage tank clean, prohibit welding or thermal processing near the gas tank.
- The air storage tank shall be hydrostatically tested once a year, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure. The barometer and safety valve shall be inspected once a year.
- It is forbidden to wash the air filter and other air passage parts with gasoline or kerosene.
- The gas pipeline should avoid sharp bends. Before opening the air inlet valve, the relevant personnel at the operation site shall be notified in advance. No one is allowed to work at the air outlet, and the place where the air tank is placed should be ventilated, and sunlight exposure or high temperature baking is prohibited.
Operation Specification
- operators should be specially trained, must fully understand the structure, performance and function of the air compressor and ancillary equipment, and be familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures.
- Operators should wear work clothes, it is strictly forbidden to operate after drinking, not to engage in things unrelated to operation, not to leave the job without authorization, not to decide non-local operators to replace the work.
- Lesbians should tuck their braids into their work caps.
- Strictly abide by the operating procedures of the equipment, and do not change the settings and parameters of the equipment at will.
- When cleaning the heat sink, the oil pollution of the pipeline shall not be cleaned by combustion method. Cleaning, fastening and other maintenance work must be carried out after shutdown. When blowing parts with compressed air, it is forbidden to aim the air outlet at the human body or other equipment to prevent injury and destruction.
- Regularly check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil. If it is found to be insufficient or deteriorated, it should be supplemented or replaced in time. Be careful not to mix different brands of air compressor oil. New oil can be added after the old oil is discharged.
- The air filter and oil filter need to be replaced regularly to ensure that the air and lubricating oil entering the compressor are clean.
- Air compressor cylinder head and copper pipe part of the heat due to air compression, the general temperature is very high, this is an inevitable phenomenon is not abnormal.
- Before the compressor works, it is best to idle for more than 2 to 3 minutes before normal operation.
- Check whether the running direction is the same as the indicating arrow. If not, please exchange any two of the three power supplies for the three-phase motor.
- After the air compressor is used every day, the drain valve of the barrel should be unscrewed to remove the condensed water and oil in the barrel.
- If the air compressor is in operation during power failure or after use, please cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
- Regularly check the air compressor accessories, including checking whether the air compressor accessories are loose and whether the pipe joints are leaking. It should be noted that the use cycle of the consumable parts of the air compressor accessories should be recorded, and after a certain period, it must be cleaned and replaced in time.
- Regularly check and adjust the clearance of the air compressor to avoid too large or too small to affect the production capacity or damage the machine.
- Check the air tightness of the piston ring, suction valve and exhaust valve and cylinder seasoning to ensure good sealing effect.
- Periodically (such as weekly) conduct a manual exhaust test on the safety valve of the gas storage tank to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the safety valve.
- After long-term operation of the air compressor, it is forbidden to flush with cold water.
Prevent overload
- do not exceed the rated working pressure and working time of the air compressor to avoid equipment damage or even danger.
- During the operation, pay attention to gradually increasing the load to avoid the impact of the instantaneous heavy load start on the equipment.
