1) If there is no gas for a long time and there is no air leakage, the air compressor will automatically stop after 30 minutes of no-load operation. At this time, it shows that the machine will stop for too long. When it is lower than the loading pressure, the machine will automatically load and run.

2) Manual shutdown Press the red stop button to load the indicator light goes out, and the air compressor will stop after unloading and running for 10-30 seconds. After manual shutdown, it must be manually started to run.

4. considerations

1) Always check whether there is oil leakage inside the air compressor. If there is a large area of oil leakage, it should be stopped immediately.

2) Use compressed air to blow the dust in the air filter and the cooler above the air compressor every week to ensure that less dust enters the compressor head and good heat dissipation effect.

3) Discharge the moisture in the gas storage tank every week to avoid excessive moisture entering the gas pipeline.

4) The new machine runs for 500 hours and needs to replace the oil filter, lubricating oil and air filter, and then replace it every 2500-3000 hours.

1) High temperature shutdown:

the machine is short of oil-add lubricating oil to the correct position; the radiator is blocked-use compressed gas to blow the dust inside; the oil filter is blocked-replace.

2) When the voltage exceeds 350-420V, the machine will automatically protect and stop.

3) The cold dryer in the compressed air post-processing equipment cannot be started

at this time, check whether the refrigerant low pressure gauge is zero. If it is zero, add the refrigerant again.
