2, often keep the storage tank outside clean. Do not weld or heat work near the gas tank. The air storage tank shall be hydrostatically tested once a year, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure. The barometer and safety valve shall be inspected once a year.

3, the operator should be specially trained, must fully understand the structure, performance and function of the air compressor and ancillary equipment, familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures.

After the start of the diesel engine, the heating operation of low speed, medium speed and rated speed must be implemented. 6. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the meter readings (especially the readings of the barometer) at any time, listen to the sound of each department, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormal situation is found. The maximum air pressure in the air tank must not exceed the pressure specified on the nameplate. For every 2~4h of operation, the condensed oil and water discharge valves of the intercooler and the air storage tank shall be opened for 1~2 times. Do a good job of cleaning the machine. After the air compressor has been running for a long time, it is forbidden to rinse with cold water.

7. When the air compressor is stopped, gradually open the exhaust valve of the air storage tank, slowly reduce the pressure, and reduce the speed of the diesel engine accordingly, so that the air compressor runs at no load and low speed for 5 to 10 seconds. After the air compressor stops, the diesel engine continues to run at low speed for 5 seconds before stopping. In winter, the temperature is lower than 5 degrees, and the cooling water without antifreeze should be discharged after shutdown.

8. When cleaning the heat sink, the oil in the pipeline shall not be cleaned by combustion method. Cleaning, fastening and other maintenance work must be carried out after shutdown. When blowing parts with compressed air, it is forbidden to aim the air outlet at the human body or other equipment to prevent injury and destruction.

9. Regularly (weekly) conduct a manual exhaust test on the safety valve of the gas tank to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the safety valve.
