After normal operation, you should always pay attention to various instrument readings and adjust them at any time. Check whether the temperature of the motor is normal, whether the running sound of each part is normal, whether the suction valve cover is hot, and whether the sound of the suction valve is normal.

3. After 2 hours of operation of the air compressor, the oil and water in the oil-water separator, intercooler and after-cooler shall be discharged once, and the oil and water in the air storage barrel shall be discharged once per shift.

4. Emergency

1. When the lubricating oil or cooling water is finally broken during the operation of the air compressor, the water temperature suddenly rises or falls, the exhaust pressure suddenly rises, and the safety valve fails, the machine should be shut down immediately, the cause should be found out and ruled out.

2, once the equipment safety accident, should immediately cut off the power on-site rescue, at the same time protect the scene of the accident and immediately report.

1, the air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas and dust flying place. The intake pipe shall be equipped with a filter device. After the air compressor is in place, the cushion block shall be symmetrically wedged.

2, often keep the storage tank outside clean. Do not weld or heat work near the gas tank. The air storage tank shall be hydrostatically tested once a year, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure. The barometer and safety valve shall be inspected once a year.

3, the operator should be specially trained, must fully understand the structure, performance and function of the air compressor and ancillary equipment, familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures.

4, the operator should wear work clothes, female comrades should be tucked into the work cap. It is strictly forbidden to operate after drinking, do not engage in things unrelated to operation, do not leave the job without authorization, and do not decide to replace the job by non-local operators without authorization.

5. Before starting the air compressor, check and prepare according to regulations, and pay attention to open all valves of the air storage tank. After the start of the diesel engine, the heating operation of low speed, medium speed and rated speed must be implemented. Pay attention to whether the reading of each instrument is normal before it can be operated with load. Air compressor should gradually increase the load start, all parts of the normal before full load operation.

6. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the meter readings (especially the readings of the barometer) at any time, listen to the sound of each department, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormal situation is found. The maximum air pressure in the air tank must not exceed the pressure specified on the nameplate. For every 2~4h of operation, the condensed oil and water discharge valves of the intercooler and the air storage tank shall be opened for 1~2 times. Do a good job of cleaning the machine. After the air compressor has been running for a long time, it is forbidden to rinse with cold water.

7. When the air compressor is stopped, gradually open the exhaust valve of the air storage tank, slowly reduce the pressure, and reduce the speed of the diesel engine accordingly, so that the air compressor runs at no load and low speed for 5 to 10 seconds. After the air compressor stops, the diesel engine continues to run at low speed for 5 seconds before stopping. In winter, the temperature is lower than 5 degrees, and the cooling water without antifreeze should be discharged after shutdown.

8. When cleaning the heat sink, the oil in the pipeline shall not be cleaned by combustion method. Cleaning, fastening and other maintenance work must be carried out after shutdown. When blowing parts with compressed air, it is forbidden to aim the air outlet at the human body or other equipment to prevent injury and destruction.

9. Regularly (weekly) conduct a manual exhaust test on the safety valve of the gas tank to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the safety valve.

Do a good job in the cleaning of the machine. After the air compressor has been running for a long time, it is forbidden to rinse with cold water.
