The requirements and standards for compressed air pipelines in food workshops mainly involve the following aspects:
pipe Material:
materials that meet food grade standards, such as stainless steel or copper, should be selected to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pipeline. Stainless steel pipes are excellent in corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and are easy to clean and maintain, especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments. Copper pipes are favored for their high reliability and good corrosion resistance.
Pipe installation and welding:
before the pipeline is installed, the dirt on the surface of the pipeline should be removed, such as rust, welding slag, burrs, oil and water.
Argon arc welding or argon arc welding shall be used for welding and arc filling to ensure the quality of the weld.
The appearance quality of the weld shall be free of cracks, pores, slag inclusions and other defects, the undercut depth shall be less than 0.5mm, and the total length of both sides of the weld shall be less than 10% of the total length of the weld.
pipeline processing and production:
pipe cutting and beveling shall be machined, and the cut end face shall be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis.
Cold bending shall be adopted during the bending of the pipe, the bending radius shall not be less than 3 times of the outer diameter of the pipe, and the bending part shall be free of wrinkles, peeling and other defects.
pipe thread and flange connection:
after the pipe thread is processed, the surface should be free of cracks, dents, burrs and other defects.
The flange connection shall be concentric with the pipeline, the connecting bolts shall freely penetrate, the two flange butt surfaces shall be parallel, and the allowable deviation of parallelism shall not be greater than 1.5/1000 of the flange diameter.
Pipe laying and installation:
the pipeline direction shall meet the requirements of the design technical documents. The allowable deviation of the straightness of the horizontal pipeline is 2/1000 and not more than 30mm; the allowable deviation of the verticality of the riser is 3/1000 and not more than 20mm.
The distance between the outer wall of the pipe and the edge of adjacent pipes and fittings shall not be less than 10mm.
The slope of the compressed air pipeline shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents. If there is no requirement, the slope shall be 12.5/1000~25/1000.
Compressed air quality:
the compressed air used in the food workshop should meet certain purity standards, such as ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 1.2.1 or higher, that is, solid particles ≤ 0.1 μm, moisture is pressure dew point -40 ℃, and oil is ≤ 0.01 mg/m & sup3; To ensure that the quality of compressed air meets the requirements of food production.
Please note that the above standards are only general guidelines and specific requirements may vary by region, country or specific food production standards. In practical applications, specific planning and implementation should be carried out with reference to local regulations and standards.
