in the first step, the air compressor sucks the surrounding air through the air filter and enters the compression host.

In the second step, the yin and yang rotors change the volume of the speech machine through joint motion. At the same time, the cavity is continuously sprayed with oil to lubricate and cool the screw. This results in a heated oil-gas mixture.

In the third step, the oil-gas mixture after the temperature rise and pressure rise enters the oil-gas separator tank through the exhaust check valve.

In the fourth step, most of the oil in the main engine cavity is separated from the compressed air in the oil and gas separator, and then cooled and returned to the machine for recycling.

In the fifth step, once the air in the oil-gas separator reaches the required minimum pressure, the minimum pressure valve is opened; the high-temperature compressed air enters the after-cooler.

In the sixth step, the temperature of the compressed air is cooled down in the aftercooler to get the compressed air you need.
