Standard for oil content of screw air compressor

The oil content standard of screw air compressor is usually stipulated by relevant international, national or industry standards. Generally speaking, for the oil injection screw air compressor, the oil content of the compressed air is not more than 3ppm (that is, the oil content per cubic meter of compressed air is not more than 3 mg) is in line with the standard. However, there are also more stringent standards, such as according to the "Air Compressor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB/T 3785-2006), the oil content in the air discharge of the screw air compressor should not exceed 5mg/m3.

In addition, if it is an oil-free screw air compressor, its compressed air oil content standards are more stringent. According to the ISO 8573-1 industry standard, the oil content of the compressed air of the oil-free air compressor must be less than 0.01 mg/m & sup3;, in order to reach the CLASS 0 level, is recognized as oil-free compressed air.
