How to adjust the pressure of air compressor

There are two main methods for adjusting the pressure of the air compressor, which correspond to two different pressure control methods of the air compressor:

for spring-returnable air compressors, there is usually a rotatable valve on the top. Turn this valve up to increase the pressure, and turn down to reduce the pressure. At the same time, the safety valve can also be on the screw to the down tight, but the adjustment needs to be careful, slowly adjust, and do not recommend non-professionals to operate, because the safety valve pressure adjustment risk is relatively large.

Most of the current air compressors are equipped with pressure sensors or pressure switches to achieve automatic control. Adjusting the pressure of this air compressor can be achieved by rotating the pressure adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise. Turn the pressure adjustment screw clockwise, the closing and opening pressure will increase at the same time, and counterclockwise, the closing and opening pressure will decrease at the same time. In addition, there is a differential pressure adjustment screw. If you rotate it clockwise, the closing pressure will remain unchanged and the disconnection pressure will increase; if you rotate counterclockwise, the disconnection pressure will decrease.

Please note that when adjusting the pressure, be sure to keep the consistency of the screw debugging button to prevent equipment damage caused by inconsistency.
