Air compressor motor overload reason

Air compressor overload may be due to the following:

1. The host or motor is blocked or the bearing is damaged.

2. The power supply voltage is too low.

3. Missing phase operation.

4. Poor contact of the main power supply or contactor.

5. The oil filter or oil-gas separator is blocked.

6. Overload and so on. Overloading means overloading; exceeding the specified carrying standard. Generally, the air intake of the screw air compressor is automatically controlled, but the overload of the main engine has a great relationship with the air intake, which is caused by too large air intake. The overload of the air compressor may be caused by factors such as excessive load, low voltage, and improper pulley configuration.
