Causes and Treatment Methods of Main Engine Unbalance of Screw Air Compressor

air compressor host imbalance may be due to the following conditions:

1. Voltage imbalance. Check whether the three-phase voltage is balanced. If the voltage is unbalanced, it will directly cause the current imbalance fault.

2. Current imbalance. If the three-phase voltage is balanced and the motor current is unbalanced, it is the problem of the motor.

3. Current transformer or controller problem. When there is no problem with voltage or current, then consider the current transformer or controller.

4. Check whether the power supply and wiring port are loose, and if the wires are not pressed tightly, the air compressor host will be unbalanced.

When it is found that the screen shows that the host is unbalanced, the clamp of the clamp ammeter can be used to clamp any phase of the motor into the clamp, and the current can be displayed. All the currents can be measured to find out the reason more conveniently.
