How to deal with water in air compressor

as a normal operation equipment, the air compressor sucks in a large amount of normal temperature air and has a certain amount of moisture. When the compressor at high temperature compresses the normal temperature air, the moisture in the air is gasified. The gasified moisture is discharged into the rear end with the compressed air because the pipeline is too long, and some of it stays on the pipeline or is discharged at the exhaust port.

Processing method:

1. The hot and cold interaction method can be used to cool the hot compressed air in advance.

2. Set a drain valve at the lower drain outlet of the air storage tank of the air compressor for regular drainage.

3. The water is treated by filtration.

4. When the air compressor is maintained, the filter element must be installed in place.
