Before using the air compressor, please read the manual or discuss with the air compressor technician, the equipment is safe and the cost of the enterprise is reduced.

Before operating the air compressor, you must be familiar with the following issues:

1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range, and the flow rate of the tanker before the air compressor runs shall not be lower than the scale line value.

2. Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connection parts are tightened, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are stable.

3. Before the air compressor runs, it is necessary to confirm the protective device and check whether the accessories are in good condition.

4. Check whether the exhaust pipe is open.

5. Connect the water source and open the water inlet valve to make the cooling water unblocked.

6. When the air compressor is running, after long-term deactivation, before starting, check the vehicle to confirm whether there is collision, paper jam, abnormal sound, etc.

7. The machine bi must be started under no-load state. After the no-load operation is normal, the air compressor will be gradually operated as a load.

8. After the air compressor is running normally, pay attention to the readings of various instruments and adjust them at any time.
